  • How do I return/exchange my product?

Send an email to info@toujoursequine.com and we will take care of it! The process is easy, we will email you a return label that you can print out. Return the item in the box it was shipped in (if possible). We will just need your name, date of purchase, order #, and item you wish to return/replace

Please, keep in mind that you may have to cover the shipping costs unless the product you received was damaged.

  • Where is my package?

We send all of our packages with USPS/UPS. We will email you a tracking number as soon as a shipping label is created (Usually within 24hrs.)

Please note that sometimes your package can be "awaiting collection" in your local postal office, this is normally due to weekends, or federal holidays.

  • When will my order be sent?

A shipping confirmation email will be sent when a shipping label is created (usually within 24hrs). Your order will be sent out on the next business day. Please note that we can not ship on Sundays, or US federal holidays.
